Psychology of Self™

“You cannot even begin to understand anyone else
until you fully understand yourself”


I call this the Psychology of Self™.  Truly no man is an island.  We’re all in this world together.  We all have the same feelings,
wishes, wants, & desires.  The only difference is where these similarities fall on your personal priority list.  What is of paramount importance to you may be of no consequence to another, but that doesn’t lessen the significance to you.  It simply makes it your opinion.  

As a Leader your 1st obligation is to fully understand why YOU think, feel, act & react the way YOU do: 

•     Who are you? 
•     What have been the influences that shaped Your life?
•     When did these influences occur?
•     Where were you when these influences occurred?
•     How do you feel about these influences and how they have affected your outlook?
•     Is this Why you are the way you are?

It takes strength to introspect and evaluate why you feel the way you do, but it requires courage to accept the diversity of your
TEAM and then build upon the synergy their diversity creates.
